13. Sheep Casing

Sheep casing is natural casing derived from any sheep intestine, and can vary is size and storage capacity. It is smaller than casing, ranging from ½ inch to 1 inch in diameter. Sheep casing is used to encase breakfast sausage links, Hot Dogs and Merguez.

You may or may not be able to purchase sheep casing from your local butcher. However, you can buy it from Butcher-Packer.com or Amazon.com.
