7. Spice Grinder

The spice grinder can be used as to grind up whole spices like cinnamon sticks and black peppercorns, which will ensure that your meats have fresher spice flavors and aromas.

This is an optional purchase, as most ingredients can be purchased pre-ground, but we prefer to grind up most of our spices when making our recipes.
