4. Kitchen Scale

We don’t use a kitchen scale too often. Sometimes we measure ingredients out by weight for a more exact measurement. And we occasionally divvy up ½ pound batches of Italian Sausage and Chorizo for easy freezer storage. It’s a nice instrument to have around the kitchen, but is certainly not a mandatory purchase.

The Ozeri digital kitchen scale will do the trick, as will most scales, just make sure you find a scale that supports at least 10 pounds of weight!
